Cognitive dissonance has a poster boy. Someone tell this incel that Jesus isn’t coming back to rescue him from this mean old world, so he might as well start living in reality. The worst is hearing someone this delusional sound this pompous. It’s like listening to Elmer Fudd mansplain socioeconomic inequality as it pertains to Mordor.
I love The End of History Podcast. It’s one of the best Apple holds in my opinion. The highest quality content. JB does an excellent job at looking at historic and contemporary events with an unbiased lens. Unclouded by any political agenda, his reflections are honest and objective. When he speaks on deeper things such as the Bible, Christianity, and having a value system, he backs it up with scripture. This podcast has helped develop my world view. It is the opposite of shallow or polarizing as... more
I used to love listening to this podcast when it was simply describing unbiased history events. But when the perspective shifted to a more religious one, I lost interest. Christianity should be seen through the lens of history and not be used as a value system.
Also.. the fact that JB chooses not to comment on the election as part of the major latest events seems a liiiiitle suspicious. Don’t you think that topic deserves an unbiased point of view?
Sigh..
This is my go to podcast for staying up to date on all the major events taking place in the world. I love JB’s no fluff and no agenda take on news and politics. Thanks for doing this work and please Keep the updates coming!
I really appreciate the time JB puts into preparing these episodes. Everything has been interesting, however some topics in particular have given me new insight that has really stuck with me and helped shape my perspectives. Keep up the good work!
