  • Doesn't work

The podcasts don't actually load - after you download an episode all the loads is a document with a screen capture. There is no link and no audio. Unless I'm doing something wrong this is a total waste of time.

AI Is Rewriting Hiring. But Who’s Really Making the Decisions?
Q: And I know that we're talking about sort of the hiring process and onboarding and all of that and how technology is shaping that. So just kind of big picture, how are you seeing AI changing, not just hiring, but also some of the skill sets and types of roles that companies will need over the next few years?
The guest discusses AI as a tool that changes how tasks are solved and how it enables cross-training, allowing insurance SMEs to work closer to technology without needing deep CS degrees, ultimately reshaping talent needs and roles.
EP. 113: An Inside Look At CyberCube’s Next Chapter
Q: Where do you see the biggest opportunities to expand CyberCube's impact in the market and what are you most paying attention to this year when it comes to cyber insurance?
Key opportunities include AI exposures modeling, geographic expansion into high-growth regions like Asia Pacific and Latin America, and expanding retail/wholesale broking tools to help brokers sell more cyber insurance while strengthening overall market growth.
EP. 113: An Inside Look At CyberCube’s Next Chapter
Q: What are the biggest challenges insurers are facing right now in the cyber market, and how should they be thinking about those this year?
The three main themes are the protection gap, pricing adequacy in a soft market, and accumulation risk, with emphasis on closing the protection gap through better coverage, pricing discipline, and preparedness for a potential catastrophic event.
EP. 113: An Inside Look At CyberCube’s Next Chapter
Q: So how do you see this next chapter shaping the company's strategy and priorities?
With Spectrum backing, CyberCube can invest for four-to-six year horizons, shifting away from short, sprint-style planning to longer-term initiatives that align with client growth and market evolution, including geographic expansion and expanded AI modeling.
WTW’s Dale Porfilio on Legal System Abuse: Key Drivers and Industry Impact
Q: In what ways are we seeing organizations address the issue today?
Industry trade associations are pushing for regulatory reform and education, while there is a push for mandatory transparency of third-party litigation funding and, importantly, the use of claims analytics to support better outcomes for claimants.
