I appreciate the scripted format and snappy editing in particular. Many podcasts, including both hosts’ other/original projects, tend towards a lot more banter than I like and this is a lot closer to Behind the Bastards (with some Weird Little Guys mixed in), or one of the better episodes of It could Happen Here.
The show’s focus on pro-natalism is both timely and extremely productive in a way that isn’t true for most other podcasts, including the ones I mentioned above.

Important information delivered with style
Simply the BEST podcast which unpacks a lot in what’s really behind “pro-natalist” movements. The hosts do their research, giving us a historical perspective which explains a lot. Thus the hosts are more positioned to come up with deep insights. So are their listeners.
Well researched, entertaining, empathetic. Love the show 💕

Two hosts explore natalist ideas, politics, and cultural narratives with a sharp, witty style. Episodes commonly dissect public discourse around birth rates, gender and family policy, eugenics, and the influence of tech and money on reproduction, often weaving in personal anecdotes and listener mail. The format tends to mix rigorous critique with humor, creating a distinctive blend that appeals to listeners who enjoy policy-informed, culturally aware discussion with a satirical edge. The show often centers on how political movements shape family and societal norms, and it stands out for its candid, provocative take and the chemistry between the hosts.
Noteworthy is the willingness to connect niche topics (surrogacy, IVF, natalist advocacy,... more
