In each episode, Dr. Kathleen gently and consistently points me back to what is already whole beneath the noise of thought and conditioning.
What I love most is her humility. There is no urgency to fix yourself here. No dramatic promises. Just clear, steady truth spoken in a way that allows something deeper in you to recognize itself.
I'm loving the way Dr. Perry speaks, waking me up to truths in myself.
Such a different way of looking at things. I love the perspective and finding that moment of stillness in between was a great feeling! Definitely going to keep listening.

Thank you Dr. Perry for building new avenues of thinking and consideration for positivity! The podcast time/size is gre... more
