Been listening for quite some time now. Very knowledgeable, personable, and funny podcast. Highly recommend.
I’d like to point out that one “sidles” up to the bar. Saddling a bar would be most difficult.
Louis, Megan, and Big Mike put on a great show every week. Insights, comedy, entertainment and just all around fun. The group makes the listeners feel like they are a part of the show. It’s horse racing, bourbon, and cigars....what’s not to like?? 5star in my book. Look forward to the show every week. Enjoy!

This show centers on practical horse racing discussion with a strong emphasis on handicapping, industry noise, and community banter. Episodes often feature host camaraderie, live race analysis, guest experts from trainers to journalists, and behind-the-scenes anecdotes from Derby week, Preakness planning, and racing operations. Listeners presumably range from serious bettors to racing enthusiasts who appreciate approachable, data-driven takes along with accessible entertainment and sponsor-friendly chatter. A notable pattern is the blend of race strategy, ownership perspectives, media coverage, and philanthropic or community angles that give the sport a broader, human dimension.
