  • Episode with Steve Cockram:

Loved this episode! I got to know Steve through Jaz and Elliot Kay and The Speakers Awards/Network but I feel that I know you so much better after listening to this! Love your mindset. I love how you talk about getting to know people for who they really are rather than how you expect them to be.

In January last year I worked with the wonderful Ed Ampaw-Farr on the 5 leadership voices and it was definitely a lightbulb moment . I came out as a Nurturer… with a few other bits thrown in (connector ... more

  • Hosts definitely need a Netflix show!

Brilliant episode guys! Sleepless nights and the impact of grief - the last 3.5 years of my life in a nutshell and still navigating my way through it all. Night times is when I let myself feel as you say Annabel and I often see signs or feel my loved ones close. I took so much away from this - thank you for sharing. I loved your comment about spirituality - ‘walking alongside the unknown’. It really does mean different things to different people and that’s what is beautiful about it - there is ... more

  • Fantastic producers and above average hosts

This podcast is off the shizang! The hosts are great! Trey is a clearly a phenomenal human male and Jaz is awesome. If there was any justice in this world they would have their own Netflix show!

Jaz didn’t write this. I am a stranger who found her phone in Tesco and by chance am a huge fan of the show.

Trey Meets A Fan At Cliff Festival
Q: Where are you on the spirituality spectrum?
Caroline describes her journey as being very much in-between, feeling connected to Jesus and Christian identity while also allowing space for tarot, connections with others, and other spiritual practices without fully abandoning her Christian grounding.
Tamu Thomas - What Does Living Holistically Really Mean?
Q: How has your understanding of spirituality shaped your approach to well-being?
Spirituality is the grounding that helps integrate body, mind, and ancestry. It's not just hacks but a deeper connection to something larger—whether that's God, ancestors, or a sense of universal interconnection—that provides meaning and resilience.
Tamu Thomas - What Does Living Holistically Really Mean?
Q: What does self-compassion look like in practice?
Self-compassion means listening to the body and giving it breaks, mindfulness, and rituals that nourish rather than exhaust. It involves recognizing fear as information, not an adversary, and choosing smaller, sustainable steps over heroic, unsustainable efforts.
Tamu Thomas - What Does Living Holistically Really Mean?
Q: What unraveled for you in your forties that led to change?
I realized I had been chasing external validation and overworking for years, which left me exhausted and disconnected from joy. This burnout culminated in a panic attack and a wake-up call to slow down and re-evaluate what success means and what nourishes me.
Rowan Williams - Why Your Soul is like a Massive, Smelly, Messy, Whale.
Q: How should the church respond to migration and hospitality in a diverse society?
Embrace hospitality as a fundamental Christian priority; recognize the country as a safe space for refugees and migrants, and resist turning Christian culture into a fortress; stay committed to humane treatment and inclusion.
