  • Best start to my day!

This show is my favorite!!! have started listening to it every morning as I drink my coffee and unload my dishwasher. I am always so encouraged and put at ease as I start the day with my boys. It’s such a gift to be getting practical wisdom and advice from moms who are way farther along in their journey with Jesus and homeschooling than me. Thanks Amy!!

  • Great podcast for moms

Love the podcast, so refreshing and much needed for Christian homeschooling moms. My only issue is the sound, sometimes it sounds low and I turn it up and then it’s blaring loud when the other person talks

Singing the Bible with Randall Goodgame
Q: Well, here at the beginning, can you just tell us a little bit about yourself and your family?
Randall introduces his life in Nashville, his family, and his work with Slugs and Bugs and Scripture Hymnal, framing his background and the focus of his ministry.
Homeschooling High School for a Bright Future (with Rachel Kovac)
Q: Why is it worth spending time on theology, philosophy, and the arts during the teen years?
Because beauty, truth, and goodness draw us toward God, and engaging with deep questions through humanities helps teens form a robust worldview, not just memorize facts.
Homeschooling High School for a Bright Future (with Rachel Kovac)
Q: What would you say to a mom or dad who doesn't feel qualified to homeschool their teens in high school?
There are many possibilities and you don't have to follow one rigid path. Outsourcing, co-ops, and dual enrollment provide accessible options, so parents can facilitate learning while letting experts handle areas outside their comfort zone.
Homeschooling with Margin and Joy (with Whitney Newby)
Q: But Whitney, here at the beginning, tell us a little bit about yourself, your family, and how you guys got started homeschooling.
Whitney shares that her family was initially unsure about formal schooling and decided to try homeschooling for a year; eight years later, they've embraced it as their lifestyle, valuing togetherness, rhythm, and intentional parenting.
The Truth About Starting Homeschooling with Brandon and Brigitte Beckley from Made2Homeschool
Q: What would you tell someone considering homeschooling for the first time?
Do it if you sense a real connection to your kids; start small, seek community, and be willing to adjust—there are many ways to homeschool that can fit different family dynamics.
