Her sweet voice calms my soul, uplifts my spirit, gives me strength to do what I need to do for my kids, helps form ideas for me to mull over, and in general just makes me happy!

I love how the episodes are short and to the point. Too many podcast episodes on other podcasts are 45mins-1 hour long and are mostly fluff. As a busy mom I don’t have time for that. I can rely on Sonya to just dive right in.
