Hi Vasudha. I am a fan of your content. I often listen to your podcasts and am listening to one now on heart health with Dr Joel Kahn. I wish you would address the few differences in the way the westerners understand food vs. Ayurveda. For example, ghee, even Dr Kahn talks about it as a bad example of fat but u know that Ayurveda says otherwise. Same with coconut oil and dairy and grains too. Ayurveda says that a cup of warm milk is good for sleep but the westerners say no dairy at all. I think ... more
