Looking for new music? Do this show. Try the Spaghetti western ep and the Zamrock episode. They are great.
I love the Highway Hifi podcast. These gents pick music related topics to discuss few other shows will even think about, let alone tackle. They do their research and come up with hugely entertaining and informative shows....still waiting for that Billy Joel special, gents........
These guys are the cool wholesome music dads we all need in our lives. This podcast is a delightful deep dive into the weirder corners of music (e.g. the Waffle House jukebox), and you can tell they’re having a great time doing it!
From Jandek to Tolk-Rock, sham bands & Zamrock, they cover the cool, weird shirt that deserves attention. They also got the chops to give due props to the tops of the pops. Killers & cops, mop tops & butcher blocks. Highly recommended!
Joe and Ryan do a great job digging deep into vinyl culture and music history.
