Timeless and timely content presented in conversational and relatable terms. A proven host and informative guests who are easy to learn from. Especially recommendable for young adults starting their financial management journey.
I continue to love hearing how other women handle their expenses. I am a low income senior (a child care taker) who has had to learn finances the hard way, through personal hardship and bad habits. My parents tried to teach me, I wouldn’t listen.
I am a cash girl!
I go to the bank once a month and pull out the cash I need, divide it into category envelopes. . . food, gas, household soft goods, hair cuts, pedicure. I also build up cash savings for things I pay for every 6 months or annually. more
I love this podcast because I used to have doubts about my finances and how to approach saving and investing. After listening, I feel more confident in my decisions and honestly have A LOT less anxiety around money. I highly recommend to any young woman!
I get inspired by how others make it work in this economic climate, but there just aren’t average guests being interviewed. For example, the most recent one about not paying credit card interest with an income of $200,000. I’d like to see stories for people making less than $100,000 with no government insurance and pensions.
