  • Great advice, mediocre production

I love Jill, I’ve followed her for a long time. She’s a great host and knows her stuff. I really struggle with the hack editing job on this show. Sounds like the editor was in radio in the 90s with the lame sound effects and poor audio levelling. Not very clean and detracts from my enjoyment of the show

  • Disappointed

  • Advice good and bad

Good show, will keep listening, like the calls and some of the advice.

Terrible advice around borrowing from 401k’s…. On a specific call gave rationale that parent plus loans are 9%… didn’t mention if there are penalties from borrowing from retirement… or the loss of future growth… or the tax impact from pulling the money out… how about recommending neither option

And advice about keeping mortgages… not terrible advice but bad
