The first season with Shirley Lewis as the featured guest each week was great. She is unavailable for a time now and I would suggest waiting until she can resume recording episodes. It was her perspective and insider knowledge of George that really made this special.
Love hearing Shirley talk about GM. She clearly loves and misses him. Glad she didn’t attend the James Gavin episode. She likely would have been angry because she was actually there for a lot of it. Reading his book now. Very clear he didn’t do real research. Quotes magazine articles and interviews with GM. That’s not scholarly research.
