  • Hormone help

Jane, I can’t thank you enough for your podcast on hormones. I ran across your podcast one day when I had just been researching HRT and finished a book that same week. I’m so miserable in perimenopause and after listening to your podcast I have now made an appointment to get some help! I shared your podcast with a friend and she is now doing the same thing. Thank you so much! I feel like nobody ever talks about this.
