For full transparency I do know Hannah, however, I did not know the story that has informed Hannah’s work which this podcast compliments.
There was so much in this first episode that is insightful, helpful, vulnerable and also positive. I recommend giving this a listen, to understand that to talk and share experiences of trauma is not a negative but a positive. The more light we can throw on the shade the more empowered we become.
