  • Long time listener - these gals keep me going

I listened to the latest ep with Briony Gordon on my run and I was whooping out loud when Helen told the story about telling the man to F off on the mountain. This is why I love listening to this brilliant pod - I always come away feeling empowered!

Life should be full of good discussion peppered with lots of humour and Helen and Ellie get it spot on. The Scummy Mummies pod is useful and funny - that means you get smarter and funnier by listening to it.

  • Absolute filth, essential for good mental health.

Needs to be on prescription for anyone who has children, is expecting or knows children or is in a family. It is so good to hear normal eff ups who are wonderful and funny and kind and clever so when you reflect on what an eff up you are, you feel seen and appreciated. Love these women!!
