Needs to be on prescription for anyone who has children, is expecting or knows children or is in a family. It is so good to hear normal eff ups who are wonderful and funny and kind and clever so when you reflect on what an eff up you are, you feel seen and appreciated. Love these women!!
Listened to the Philippa Perry episode while at a low parenting ebb and it not only made me laugh but made me think about some really useful stuff, and actually made me feel 100% better. Thank you! Looking forward to listening to more episodes.
