Grow Well

Seeing a trend of houseplant podcasts now start to tour religious beliefs instead of sticking to just houseplant care. There’s literally no reason to incorporate religion into houseplant care. There needs to be a separation between the two, not everyone shares the same beliefs and it’s alienating the people who literally just want houseplant care advice, we don’t need to be converted into Christians. Disappointing podcast to say the least.

Love all the info provided in a concise, clear format.

I'm totally loving learning from an AMAZING plant grower to a "want to be". We are finally in our forever home after 30 years of my husbands active duty service and I'm wanting to keep my house clean and healthy with all the "GREEN" I can find. Added bonus we dont have to give them away anymore because we are NOT moving...:) Looking forward to much more you can teach me.

Absolutely LOVE the way Dusty coincides the literal and metaphorical ways of plant growth and spiritual growth. Side note: I’ve always wanted to learn how to Garden and grow my own herbs. But since I never really took the time to invest in much research, I just bought succulents and cacti so I didn’t have to remember to water them as much. But after listening to this show, I think I may reconsider! The host really knows her stuff and is able to sprinkle some Jesus + motivation as well. 🌿

I have just discovered Dusty Hegge but I have to say that I am loving all her social media so far and have just signed up for her newest free course! I am looking forward to power listening her pod casts and catching up on some great information on house plants and getting to know her (and maybe a little more about myself) along the way.

If you love God and plants, Dusty is your girl! You’ll get great episodes from a host who isn’t afraid to be transparent and real. Getting this out of the way, I’m aware false biblical info. is something to look out for BUT just want to assure you this gal knows her stuff and won’t steer you wrong on anything regarding the Bible or God (or plants!). Her podcast is like a bag of Doritos (no calories involved!): listen to one and I can guarantee you’ll be back for lots more. 🙂

I’m so glad I found this podcast! It’s fun and interesting to listen to with lots of good tips for caring for your houseplants! I love how Dusty points to our Creator through the process of nurturing our plants. She gives you scientific knowledge of the way plants work, but in a way that is so easy to understand! I have already gained valuable knowledge and I know I will only continue to learn more as I listen to more of her episodes!

Love love love this podcast! It’s got amazing plant education, but it’s SO much more then plants! It’s real life, and Jesus and TRUTH that is just so so so good. Dusty has SO many good nuggets of wisdom on planty things and biblical truths, plus she’s hilarious and adorable.

Dusty is so much fun. Super amazing speaker and so real and honest. She makes me giggle and steps on my toes. My favorite combo. She has saved my houseplants and challenged my heart. If you love Jesus and houseplants. Listen, listen, listen!!! You won’t regret it! ♥️

Not good

As a SAHM, I don’t get a lot of me time. This past winter I took the plunge and bought my first 6 house plants to invest in some self care... that was December. My interest in plants grew rapidly; and soon turned into an obsession resulting In 63 house plants!
