These guys are amazing. Super reliable and they cover all the niche events that only nerds care about. I love that they don’t spend any time talking about fluff, annoying non-grappling topics. No weed talk, no aliens, etc. Just pure bjj talk. Would give this podcast 6 stars if I could. It’s my favorite bjj podcast by far.
I enjoy the content. Please include resources for those affected by assault if it’s a topic in the future episodes. RAINN is a great one, rainn.org could easily be included in your show notes.

Love the team’s breakdown of all things Jiu Jitsu / grappling. These are Jiu Jitsu guy’s who know their stuff but aren’t affiliated with an organization so there isn’t bias, just real dialogue. I really enjoy their event previews before events like IBJJF worlds because there is so much going on, it is easy to get lost without their details and backstory.
