Wrestling has almost no media coverage and Flo does a great job providing mass content to fans. Thanks, guys, we appreciate you
Chael finally made this show and Roth listening to the end! Chael carried the show again!
Longtime listener—love what you guys are doing. Diehards, newcomers to the sport, Olympics casual fans—everyone can enjoy FRL. Olympics coverage, JD’s leaf-in-the-beer incident, Avery Gaming somehow being a person I now indirectly know (?), and that one video where Tyler had to translate the Manga backstory for a Rei Haguchi tweet about Ono—all *chefs kiss*. Stay winning
This show is entertaining and informative *if* you are deep in the weeds obsessed with wrestling. These guys will talk for 20 mins, mention 60 names, not mention a school or country (for international matches) or weight class; use first or last name with no consistent pattern.
If you already know every decent wrestler and on earth it’s (probably) great. If you are a casual fan wanting to get prepped for a big event, don’t waste your time.
These two should make it official. Pyles is the worst. How about hiring a legend. Not Askren! A warrior who can be respected.

Framing conversations around the current wrestling landscape, the show regularly analyzes rankings chaos, World Team Trials drama, transfer portal moves, NIL implications, and near-term championship strategy across NCAA and freestyle. Episodes blend tactical breakdown, weight-class debates, and program-building insights from experienced hosts and guests, with plenty of banter that keeps the coverage both informative and entertaining. Noteworthy is how this roundtable threads coaching perspectives, athlete development, and program economics into ongoing competitive narratives, making it a go-to for practitioners scouting industry trends, potential interview guests, or sponsorship opportunities tied to high-level wrestling content.
