  • Great podcast for self reflection and healing

For anyone looking to learn and hear about every day issues, this is a great podcast. Lindsey, cohost, and guest are open and vulnerable that allow listeners to feel like they are next to them on the couch hanging out. This creates an environment of authentic and realism to talk about issues and understand the core of the issues. They talk about the highs and lows and how they deal with them. What works and doesn’t work.
