So much of the business/entrepreneurship conversation is about mindset and yes, that’s helpful. However Farya goes deeper to have a more nuanced conversation about the real skill set needed by entrepreneurs - nervous system tools. I think there’s a lot of biz podcasts, and a lot of mindset/trauma/healing podcasts, but not many where the 2 are blended! And in this day and age where more and more people are starting to work for themselves, find their own path, they’ll realize they have so much unaddressed trauma that’s hindering growth. I know I did! So love that Farya is focusing on this, and creating a safe space for us traumatized CEOs!
