Scrabble (the host) keeps his guests on track and his listeners engaged as he gets his guests to open up about their experiences. A very professional podcast.
Very polished podcast series. All episodes are well worth your time, but the ones where he essentially just does bants with his ex-military pals are the highlight. Love the guy’s enthusiasm for aviation and how he wants others to enjoy it too. Top work!
A good interview should feel like you’re being told a story, although this is a podcast about flying the diversity of the people in this podcast, there stories of how they got to this point are so wild and varied it leaves me gripped with excitement to hear the next one!
Having spent the past twenty years jumping out of planes, I’ve recently started pilot training. This podcast continues to be hugely inspirational throughout that process. Andrew has an eclectic list of guests that cover the broadest aspects of aviation. He underplays his hugely impressive aviation background but his passion, experience, credibility and humility shine through. I’ve just listened to the the Richard Browning episode which was outstanding!
Despite already having had an enviable career in aviation, Andrew’s enthusiasm and humility when interviewing his guests really shine through. The interviews are all interesting and thought provoking, but most importantly they are hugely inspirational (even for someone who has been a professional pilot for over 20 years).
