Very cool, informative, and fun!
Claudia is such a breath of fresh air!
She sounds like someone I want to eat dinner with! Ha! I can’t wait to hear what’s next!
Loving the local aspect since I live in the area!
You go girl!!!
I love these episodes. They make me hungry and want to listen to more!!! Hurry up and cover some more restaurants, will ya? I need my audio fill of food for the day.
Glad I came across this podcast. :)
Houston has such high-quality and wide-ranging food options, so it's great to have a show like this that celebrates everything the city has to offer. Claudia is a great host and clearly knows her stuff. Can't wait to hear what other places get covered.
Really like the format of this show - a snapshot of local restaurants in Houston based on their culture, menu, and service. Cover a seafood restaurant soon, please!! I want to learn where I can find the freshest seafood in Houston!
I don’t get to go out to many restaurants in Houston, so it’s very helpful to have someone’s recommendations on great places to eat based on cost, restaurant menu, and ambient (being a mom with two kids, we need to be able to go to restaurants where even the pickiest eaters enjoy). I can’t wait to see which restaurants she covers!
We really needed a show like this in Houston. Looking forward to learning about all our local restaurants!
Excited that there’s a local show for foodies that concentrates on all the great restaurants in Houston! There are so many of them, I’m looking forward to seeing which ones she covers.
Claudia continues to marry fun conversation with informative discussions surrounding Houston food, culture, and more. What a blast! She always creates such a warm environment for her guests. Food Culture always leaves me wanting more!
Full disclosure, I was Claudia’s guest on episode 1 of this podcast. That being said, I greatly enjoyed working with Claudia on the first episode and everyone should give her a listen. She was great to work with and provided an avenue to just chat about food. She found a way to make discuss food and a restaurant experience in an elevated way while still remaining relatable.
Love that Houston has a show like this! It’s cute and very informative about local restaurants. I hope she covers more restaurants soon!
