  • Thanks Kye

You have been with me through some of my darkest days, including rn.

I lost my job through self sabotage (again)

I have BPD, depression and anxiety, I’ve grown up with my narcissistic mother and brothers abuse and have PTSD from my abusive ex husbands gaslighting…Life hasn’t been easy and I’m far from giving up, but listening to these podcasts has definitely helped me to not feel alone.

Thank you more than words can describe 🖤

  • Emotion wizard

Kye has such a gift for connecting in a way that feels so gentle, consensual, authentic, and relatable. Their understanding of emotions/emotional processing is incredible, something that is so rarely talked about or understood in our culture but so key to connection with self and others. It’s so helpful to hear this modelled. I also LOVE the humour, goofiness, and creativity that Kye brings to each episode, it makes listening so fun and special.

  • Literally the best

This is the first podcast that I had ever listened to and I fell in love! I’ve almost listened to every episode & there’s good, there’s bad, there’s ugly, there’s crying, there’s laughing, & it feels so calming to listen to Kye’s voice. It makes me feel less alone even though that sounds kinda corny, it’s true.
