I have been reading and listening to Dr Prasad for many years and am a big fan of his tireless work in educating the public in complex heath policy issues. I particularly love his thoughts on how some drug developers have manipulated the system to get poor quality and low efficacy drugs approved and are fleecing the public purse of hundreds of billions of dollars annually.
