  • The “View” of podcast.

The podcast is essentially the podcast version of the television show “The View.” They have 1 or 2 moderate republicans to seem kike they are looking at issues from both sides but it's mostly made-up of liberal democrats. The podcast also has very few Realists on the podcast. People like Jamil can be right. I actually agree with him on numerous issues, yet he never accepts when he's wrong, like his devotion to the Bush Era policies.

Q: Is President Trump legitimizing the regime by engaging in these negotiations?
No, the administration is not friendly with the regime and maintains pressing demands including stopping their nuclear program and curbing violence against protesters.

The conflict poses challenges for U.S. relationships with regional partners like Turkey and Egypt, and it complicates U.S. interests in maintaining stability and security in the region.

Q: Is there a capability among the opposition to actually pick up the mantle of leadership?
The opposition is highly fractured and divided, which stalls momentum during protests, but they unite on their hatred of the regime.
Episode 544: Iran on the Edge: Protest, Pressure, and Power
Q: What's your assessment of these protests here?
The protests are widespread but don't necessarily indicate that the regime will collapse, as there isn't a unified opposition or large-scale defections from security services.
Episode 537: Live from RNDF: Congressman Don Bacon
Q: Where do you see the opportunities for bipartisanship?
There are many opportunities as demonstrated through my role in the Problem Solvers Caucus, which shows that to get things done, working across the aisle is essential.
