  • Great podcast

I found it very comforting. Can relate to what the hosts talk about, love hearing their stories, esp with Conor being vegan, nice to get his perspective 🌱 Feel like I prefer it to other diet culture podcasts, feels more genuine, more like a chat with mates. Hope you get more listeners too 🩷

The hosts spent most of the time absolutely bashing Ozempic, in ways that prove they know very little about the drug. Switching between either a barely-disguised “told you so” glee and a holier than thou pity, they described the side effects of Ozempic—sagging facial skin, hair loss, nutrient deficiency, stress on the body, etc. These are all just side eff... more
