I’ve heard this a couple of times now and really like it because it’s been told by someone I’d really like to meet and I feel like I’m talking to her through this
I have known this forever but this podcast is another confirmation that Ginny is brilliantly entertaining, brutally honest, thought provoking and (sometimes) heartbreakingly real. This podcast is for everyone, whether you think you have mental health issues or not, she will take you on a journey that makes you, her and her guest think about something in a way that is unexpected and ultimately incredibly astute. more
It's already had a greater impact on me than most of the podcasts I've been subscribed to for years have had after hundreds of episodes, and this is still a single episode cast. more
This is a wonderful podcast that earnestly and openly discusses anxiety and depression. When you're in the midst of mental health problems you can feel isolated and alone; this podcast could help other sufferers feel less alone and maybe save lives or encourage them to reach out and seek help.
Ginny and her guests share the thoughts and feelings we don't get to talk about or hear about in our daily lives. It's personal stuff but in the end relatable and fun. No joke, but after the first episode I was inspired to write again. So I'm writing this. Hey, it's a start.
Ginny and James shared their struggle with anxiety and life in this 48 minutes podcast, James' delivery is flawless, (totally biased in favour of the British accent here) and gave aspiring writers some very useful tips.
I love Ginny, love her YouTube stuff, and was very excited to see her move to long form. This girl is so open about everything in her life and in her orbit, and it really transfers to her guest, causing them to share things that you probably would never hear them admit in other venues. Exposed is a good listen.
She's my favorite human being.
