  • New windows into the family living room

    Family history is more than the piles of old letters that I am now sorting through now, some 30+ years after my grandmother passed away, which describe the early years of Hawaiian Pineapple when she and my grandfather were “two of the eighteen whites on the island [Lana’i].” I would love to have heard the stories in person.

  • This is my favorite!

    This podcast just checks all the boxes for me! Wonderful everyday people as guests, bubbly and interesting host, great historical stories, and of course genealogy tips along the way. I’ve listened to all the episodes, and consume the next one the morning it drops. Sometimes I just miss Christa so I go back and listen to one of the older ones again. So very fun, and she is the perfect host for this format.
