  • This is my favorite!

This podcast just checks all the boxes for me! Wonderful everyday people as guests, bubbly and interesting host, great historical stories, and of course genealogy tips along the way. I’ve listened to all the episodes, and consume the next one the morning it drops. Sometimes I just miss Christa so I go back and listen to one of the older ones again. So very fun, and she is the perfect host for this format.

  • Thank you for the Stories

I appreciate the podcast. As our “family story keeper” I have been gathering out stories for over 60+ years. I have tried to pass them on by writing them down and telling them. I always love hearing other people’s stories. Thank you.

  • Crista Cowan is the best genealogist

What a great podcast!! I just enjoy learning from Crista. I have attended her zoom meetings through the Ancestry.com platform and have learned so much in the last (60) days, after being a member of Ancestry.com for the last (15) years. So pleased to have discovered her podcast. Just love her cadence, great information shared from such a dedicated genealogist.

  • I'm only a few episodes in and I'm hooked! I first found Crista on YouTube and those videos lead me to here. I've learnt so much from her already and I'm excited to keep learning. Hoping my new skills will help me with my brickwall of a 2x great grandfather!
