I am loving this podcast and the thoughts and insights you both bring. A small criticism is that, at least on my phone, the volume is a bit too low. I sometimes struggle to hear what’s said, particularly with Drew. Even with headphones, his mic is a bit too low, but the overall volume seems low to me compared to other podcasts or when I switch to my music player.
Keep doing what y’all are doing! Can’t wait for season 2.
As an avid reader and bibliophile, this podcast is delightful, providing context and introducing new contextual facets of narratives near and dear to me, as well as ones instantly added to my TBR list!
I’m a tattoo artist, and I frequently listen to podcasts while I draw up designs for clients and prepare for my work week. This has very quickly become my favorite podcast, and it’s filling the niche in my listening habits that was left behind when IDEOTV stepped away. I have been searching for a podcast like this for ages! I’m so glad one finally exists, thank you guys! I love diving deep into classic literature and there aren’t many ways to do that when you aren’t in school. I don’t mind spoilers for things like this, and I appreciate having some idea of what the story is before diving in, it honestly pushes me to read it even more. I like hearing your opinions on what is worth reading! Keep up the important work :)
This podcast has the same cozy feeling as being under the covers with a cup of hot cocoa during a snowy day! It’s like being on a FaceTime call with friends discussing books. If you want something that will make you laugh, think, and change the way you look at books this is the move!!!
