In Everyone Loved It But Me, we discuss one popular book each week. Lisa chats with guests whose opinions go against the grain. We don't book bash, but we discuss beloved books with a critical eye. At the end of each podcast, we flip the narrative and discuss books that "Everyone Hated But Me." These are books that are likely less popular and haven't gotten as much attention.

You’d be more convincing on this book if you had actually read and understood Twain’s book. You seem to have a child reader’s idea that Adventures of Huckleberry Finn is a ‘rollicking’ light-hearted adventure tale. So not. In fact the book critiques that false Tom Sawyerish view of this unjust and dangerous world. Give a little attention to the problem ending of Huck Finn.
It’s hard to understand what the guest is saying when the host talks over him, repeatedly.
Re the episode about American Dirt. The speaking style of the host is so strange that I couldn’t continue. Every so often, to extend whatever thought she has, she said “and…” loudly. She mispronounced the word literature, as if it is spelled litta-chur.
