Often there is way too much focus on the presenter(s) and not enough on the subject. A good example is the episode on the new book about Pelham. This is the fault because of the questions asked.

  • Volume control

Chris, seriously love your work. One thing that gets to me on your pod is, your lack of voice volume control. Your voice gets so low sometimes it’s impossible to hear. You keep talking long after you’ve run out of breath. It gets tiresome to turn up the volume when you’re speaking, and down when the guest speaks. Listen to the first 15 minutes of today’s podcast to see what I mean.
