  • Elite Trial Lawyers - Incredible Podcast

As a longtime fan of Rahul’s work (both as a trial lawyer and teacher for other attorneys), I was hyped to hear about this podcast. I’ve listened to every episode and it has not disappointed. Rahul and Ben make an amazing team and it’s always my first listen when they have a new episode.

Q: What was the process like, from your side, Jeff, as the person being recruited?
It was thorough and felt at times like an interrogation, but ultimately it was an incredibly good process.
When Your Experts Get It Wrong, with Chuck Hehmeyer and Elizabeth Kayatta
Q: How do you connect the child's recovery trajectory to the malpractice trial?
We had to come in and own it, that we had made a mistake. Our experts had made a mistake that this was very complicated, but we now know what the truth is.

Q: How did you end up being a plaintiff's personal injury lawyer working on a contingent fee?
Ultimately, when I got out of law school, I wanted to be in the courtroom trying cases, and I knew going the big law route wasn't going to be an option.
When Your Experts Get It Wrong, with Chuck Hehmeyer and Elizabeth Kayatta
