Everyone CAN have a podcast but these guys definitely SHOULDN’T have one.
That’s all
The content of the conversation was okay but bogged down by the host’s lack of editing and research, I had to check out during the first episode.
Hey guys,
Listening to you podcasts while hiking, etc. and really enjoying your enthusiasm. Keep up the good work.

Listening to the host stumble through this podcast is torture. No insights. No depth. Horrible reader.
I’ve been a Dune fan, and have been reading the books since the late 70’s when I was 9. I came across Chapterhouse, my favorite, before I knew of Heretics. I’m listening to your podcast for the first time, and I love it! Your description of people first reading CH describes my experience perfectly. It quickly became my favorite. I can’t even count how many times I’ve read it!
I love the podcast, but I’m waiting for the rest of it! The depth you go into is terrific. Can’t wait for more!
If you have any interest in the Dune universe, Dune the movie coming up, or any other Frank Herbert stuff this is a must listen. These guys take it to the next level. They are so keen on the canon and understand the world so fully. It makes an absolute pleasure to listen to. I’ve listened to the Heretics of Dune segment (4 hours long) twice. It’s that good.
Grew up on the Dune move which I agree was weird, butt I still loved it. Always wanted to read the books but they were hard to follow. After being a fan of Brews and Blasters and you mentioned Dune cast on the show I decided to check it out. It has reinvigorated my love for Dune and I decided to do the audio books. I’m currently working on Dune and using your show as a way to get more revelation about the stories. Also excited about the announcement of the new movies. Thanks for making Dune so a... more
This podcast is amazing and my favourite to delve into the minds eye of Frank Herbert’s masterpiece! As the cast gives us a look at the novels while acknowledging the films, and even the newer prequels and sequels by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson. Looking forward to a look at the prequels on future episodes. The spice is definitely flowing!!!
This podcast has such great potential. The hosts are knowledgeable, love the source material, and bring an affable quality. However, their horribly inconsistent schedule, full of unfulfilled promises, causes the podcast to lose momentum. I can’t stick around:
A bit over chatty at times
Enjoy the books of Dune. Hoping that a series like GOT. Hope you guys continue
I'm new to Dune. I decided to give the audio book a try when I heard about this podcast. So far, this show has been a great supplement. After listening to the episode covering the first book, I felt that I learned a lot about things I had missed. There is plenty of nuance in the novel, that it really is helpful to have this show to help digest it. Great work, guys. I'm looking forward to more.
I don't understand how a podcast about Dune hasn't been happening forever, and these dudes hook it up for you.
