My title for this review is also a way I like a lot of of my food, coincidentally, lol. I listen to this podcast a lot when I’m cooking or cleaning up after feeding the people that I love. I wish Mandy and Katheryn and Gideon were my neighbors… Or I had neighbours like the three of them, because they are lovely. If they lived next-door, I’m sure I would be intimidated by their fame at first… But I feel I would get over that. Because they just seem so very grounded. Until I found this podcast, my... more

  • Kathryn and Gideon are a Delightful Bonus!!!

I know Mandy isn’t Saul, but also know that Saul would not have been Saul without Mandy. Turns out I was right! Now I get to continue hearing (but not listening to) Mandy and got to discover his wife and one of his children who are each fabulous in their own right. This family... more

  • Roasting versus Baking

Roasting is done at a higher temperature than baking. Roasting is done at 400°F or higher. Baking is done at 400°F or lower. With roasting you are trying to get a caramelized, crispy exterior. Baking is about taking it from a non-solid form to a solid form. ie. like baked goods.
