My title for this review is also a way I like a lot of of my food, coincidentally, lol. I listen to this podcast a lot when I’m cooking or cleaning up after feeding the people that I love. Now I get to continue hearing (but not listening to) Mandy and got to discover his wife and one of his children who are each fabulous in their own right. This family... more
Roasting is done at a higher temperature than baking. Roasting is done at 400°F or higher. Baking is done at 400°F or lower. With roasting you are trying to get a caramelized, crispy exterior. Baking is about taking it from a non-solid form to a solid form. ie. like baked goods.
