I am starting at the beginning here since I just found out about this podcast via EOH. It’s not much of a jump from Grimm tales like Snow White! But I have to say, if a bodice was put on Snow, it would be over a chemise, pervs! :) I am up to the Fantasia episode now and it’s fab! Thanks for making this.
This is my favourite podcast. It’s not just two dudes talking about Disney movies. Sam is so well researched and brings the knowledge and Ben keeps the whole show very organized while bringing his own perspective. Can’t recommend highly enough.
It took me a couple of gos to get into this podcast. I’m a huge Disney fan and was delighted to discover it. I experienced it like I did Pixar’s Soul. First time I experienced it I thought it lacked its own voice and didn’t pop. Then I tried again and realised it was a work of art. I don’t always agree with their views (Tarzan is terrible) but there’s passion, knowledge and humour. I can utterly recommend this podcast.
This podcast is so insightful, it’s been such a treat to rewatch all the animated classics and then get so much inside info about the movies I grew up with and especially the ones I didn’t grow up watching! The hosts are so funny 😁 I especially love that they had an ep about Who Framed Roger Rabbit my personal favorite movie of all time 🤩
Running through the Disney animated back catalog, this podcast is an absolute must for Disney fans and movie history buffs alike. Can recommend.
