潘达汪、陈楚汉我们生活在一座属于火山的边境小城——云南腾冲。 楚汉几年前意外造访腾冲，第一眼就被腾冲的晚霞和火山迷住，一直对火山上的暮色与云念念不忘。 潘达汪向来随遇而安，离职的第二天就来到了云南。 如今我们如愿住到了这里，依然相信生活的意义在于创造，旅居生活的独特点滴，我们想在此分享。 另外，其实腾冲属于滇西、滇西南，那为什么我们不叫「滇西路谈」呢？当然是因为「滇南」更好听！ …… 敬祝大家，身心愉快！ 😊

这一期是红河州之旅的终曲。离开蒙自后，我们一路向西，返回腾冲路上又游历了元阳、元江和红河县迤萨古镇。迤萨是本次旅行的最大意外收获，上次让我有这样惊喜的古镇还是十年前初到沙溪。
几何线条的简约美学，仿佛把我们过往熟知的形象都抽象出来，刻在石头上。而建筑材料选择石材，又让这座并不古老的古镇有了更深沉厚重的年代感。没有什么记载方式比刻在石头上保存得更久了，石头本身就扩充了记忆的长度。

红河州最知名的三座城市，建水、个旧、蒙自。三城风格迥异，互有关联，缺一不可，所以我们为这三座城市单独做一期节目，名为《三城记》。
建水是滇南儒家文化的典范，气质端庄含蓄，我们在各色古建中领悟「被崇敬的，反而是被遗弃的」；蒙自既是新时代行政中心，也承载着西南联大和滇越铁路携带而来的开放气质与法式气息；个旧底色最为复杂，有彝族人种荞麦的贫瘠起源，有锡矿发掘后的天价财富，有建国后苏联援建注入的苏式前调，还有90年代的辉煌余响，以及如今转型宜居养生城市的割裂感。

云县的一碗土鸡米线如何能被评为省级非遗，佤族鸡肉烂饭是什么做法，墨江随便一个小馆子的紫米鸡为什么能让我们一天吃一次？当时我们还不知道建水的汽锅鸡，哈尼蘸水鸡，以及著名的蒙自米线是用鸡油覆盖保温。彼时我们从凤庆、临沧漫山遍野的茶山到墨江的干热河谷，再到高原之上的石屏异龙湖，找到的这一路最大的共同点竟然是，吃鸡。来不及流口水了，趁着夏天没到，出发滇南！
