在当代都市生活里，医美早已不稀奇。它作为现代医学的一部分，确实能帮助我们变美、抗衰、维持好状态。
但问题也很现实：信息太杂、概念太多，普通人专业知识有限，一不小心就会被商业噱头、流行审美、甚至“换头式案例”带跑。
