今天是《谭立人》的两周年。
一年前，是第40期，5万订阅；今天，是第58期，98万订阅。更新变少了，被听见的速度却突然快了很多很多。
快乐是真的，虚荣和侥幸也是真的。我一遍遍刷新订阅数，也一遍遍问自己：
是我吗？为什么是我？会一直是我吗？
后来我发现，自己迷恋的不只是被喜欢、被认可，而是一种更难说清的东西。我把它叫做「被选中感」。

课表、下一学期、每天自然见到的朋友、清楚的排名和反馈，好像都在同一时间消失了。以前做错一道题，会有人告诉你错在哪里；后来找工作、选城市、经历一段关系，很多事情突然没有标准答案了，甚至有些失败连通知都不会有。

白天已经结束了，脑子却还在继续开会。
一句没说好的话，一场早已结束的争执，甚至很多年前的一段记忆，都会在安静下来之后反复重演。我们一边劝自己“别想了”，一边又忍不住继续复盘、预演和自我批评。

我听完这段播客最先冒出来的感受是：
选择本身，从来都不是为了选到一条“永远正确、没有痛苦”的路。
我们总以为好的选择会直接通向安稳、被善待、没有内耗的结局，可现实是，很多选择里藏着拉扯、遗憾、不得不独自扛起来的时刻。
走向自己这件事，也不是一次性完成的终点，它是无数次细碎选择叠起来的：
是在别人给的承诺和自己的退路之间，选择守住自己的底气；
是在想要依附寄托，和丰盈自己的精神之间，慢慢偏向向内扎根；
是明明可以顺着别人的期待活，依然愿意承认我有我的节奏，我可以慢一点休养、慢一点学习、慢一点拿到想要的东西；
是就算选岔了、走累了，也不再第一时间判定自己失败，允许自己停下来调整。
“走向自己”，意味着我不再把自我价值押在他人的兑现上。
别人的偏爱、承诺、陪伴，只是沿路的风景，而定义我、支撑我的内核，握在我手里。
会有很多个纠结、迷茫的分叉路口，会有选错的时候，会有短暂想退回依附状态的瞬间，这些都没关系。
重要的是，每一次选择，都试着多靠近一点那个真实的我：重视身体、在意情绪、想拓宽眼界、想好好安顿自己的我。
不用强求每一步都坚定耀眼。
