    I’m SOO surprised seeing the negative reviews about this podcast!! Maybe it’s because I’ve seen the results of this education with a friend I went to cosmo school with. She has opened her salon and seems like she is doing amazing things for the industry! I’ve finally started getting on board and now fully binge listening to this podcast and loving my everything about it.     Why would you listen to a podcast that starts out toxic with the name. After a year of listening, I see the light. The methods don’t work. They are right in one thing, they will destroy you.

    I’ve tried find good in your advice. In my 20 years in the industry, I have seen quite a bit of change and I do believe things should evolve with the times. However ALL of the most successful salons have evolved with the times and still sell retail (with profits to pay for things like education, salon updates, team building trips etc) they don’t have confusing hourly rates with titles like “high tea hour” and people can just book their hilight.
