Deep Read Salon LIVE: 39BC Founder Sharmadean Reid on Rituals, Research, and Moving into her 'Yin' Era
Q: Do you have any tips for retaining what you read and maintaining the useful bits?
Reading without distractions is essential, so I leave my phone away from me when I read. I also find it helpful to walk and reflect after reading to solidify the information. Additionally, writing about what I've read helps retention and comprehension.
