The pod has on some great guests and the opportunity for good conversations, but shoots itself in the foot with a host that seems allergic to nuance and deep thought. She never misses an opportunity to be dismissive or interrupt and frequently seems unprepared to discuss anything at an intellectual level. Makes me want to avoid all things Puck if this is their best and brightest
Molly Simms and Leandra Medine Cohen episodes were especially bad, out of touch. The host, and guests like these, don’t seem concerned or curious about anything outside their bubbles of expensive clothes. Not politics, not language, not other forms of art, not even how to pronounce other people’s names. Fashion, and being fashionable, is inextricably linked to all those things
Hi this ep was one if not the best!!
Derek!! You’re the best!!
Thank you for your spirit humor and wit

Listen perhaps ... more
