One of the best podcasts about AI these days. it’s not focused on the hype rather highlights the facts.
I would have expected some historical development. Also, what is generative AI v Discriminative AI, what is General AI or AGI etc etc. as for the future of AI there is a real fear or angst about a global form of AI like Skynet from the Terminator series of films. Given that the military are huge adopters of technology (AI in drones) is this fear unfounded? Is there a collective race to the precipice based on the convenience being promised by this technology?
Very interesting. At the end of the series, I was wondering what all the hysteria that has recently been generated was about. Perhaps you might broach that area.
