  • Great Talent in a Good Man

Andy is such a good person and a fine family man. As for his talent, his singing, guitar playing and poetry are top tier. I appreciate all the help he gives others like helping sport Ramblin Jack Elliott around so we can all see this icon of folk and country music. Andy is a preservationist. His last album Roll On Cowboy is a walk through the days of early cow camps preserving these songs for perpetuity. Keep up the good work Andy. You are a treasure.

  • Great podcast

If you want a PhD in cowboy culture, history, poetry and music, this is the place to get it. I am fairly new to podcasts (just started in 2024) so when I found this one, I started listening non-stop. Don't think I have listened to anything else since. Haven't gotten through all of them yet, but I'm catching up fast! Thanks Andy for the great job. I really like the way you interview your guests- they do almost all the talking- you get 'em started then turn 'em loose.
