  • Horrible Interviews

I really want to like this show and to support my local NPR station. However, I usually just send my money to WBUR every month. I feel that Rose Scott’s show is one of the reasons why I hate the local programming. It’s clear she doesn’t carefully research the topics covered on the show or people she interviews. Horrible questions that lack thoughtfulness. She always diverts to personal or comedic questions, but these kinds of questions shouldn’t replace thoughtful, informative journalism.

  • Excellent interviews

I find it amazing how prepared Rose Scott is for every interview, every day. She asks perfect questions that an educated interviewer would ask and a average listener might ask who doesn’t know much about the subject. It’s a great mix.

  • Dope!

Rose is a much needed voice for all of Atlanta! She is always on top of the news that everyday folks really care about. Love her coverage of the 50th anniversary of hip-hop and what that milestone means for the city.

  • Updates from home

I've lived away from Atlanta for a long time but Dekalb Co will always be home. Rose brings up the tough topics but shares just as many stories about awesome progress. Excellent reporting and storytelling.
