Alan slipped the headphones over his ears, letting the ambient creaks of the old room fade into the background until it was just him and the voice from the podcast. They were talking about him, his life pulled apart and examined piece by piece, like ... more
So glad they are back after a long hiatus. There are a lot of video game podcasts. This one stands out. It’s short, candid, and high quality. I like that it doesn’t feel like they are trying to entertain but are just two friends talking about their hobby. I hope they keep up the monthly pace.
Some episodes of this pod are great, when there’s a rounded discussion of a game, e.g. Death’s Door, which was a super enjoyable and on point chat. Others are obnoxious, such as the Outer Wilds episode, in which one host was too filled with game rage to have a decent conversation.
Stay chill, guys! The pod is better for it.

I now know how to pronounce Gris.
Chips & Bits is honestly one of the best podcasts I have listened to. I heard of it through a friend (shout-out to BOBJON3S) about two years ago and I’ve been hooked ever since.
Matt and Kenny are just two regular people who decided to share their passion with the world. They provide genuine opinions about the games they review and the quality of their podcasts are pretty impressive considering how popular they are.
To be honest, I’m not a huge gamer, but these two guys continue to keep me ca... more
They have really different preferences for games which is both really funny bc they argue a lot, but also really interesting to hear both sides for different games!
Like pretty much all the reviews minus the gears of war...personally like the campaigns but multiplayer is seriously where it’s at..realize u guys are more concerned with single player games as opposed to an online PvP model and that’s where it falls short...other than that small critique u guys are pretty funny and super entertaining and love love love the intro/outro theme...wish u guys could go a little longer considering ur at 1 a month feel like it’s easy to run out of things to talk about ... more
Finding different voices and something interesting about games that get plenty of coverage elsewhere is not always easy but this podcast delivers. Like the dynamic between the hosts and the way they play games and then discuss them. Keep up the good work.
These people just seem like fun people, who seem like they know what they're talking about (I have no idea). Production quality is pretty good as well (it's improved considerably since the first few episodes). It's great, despite what Kenny and Matthew seem to think.
TBH, I was expecting more people to be on the patreon and leaving itunes reviews. I am literally the first to review on itunes, I just thought more people would be here becuase I think this is a genuinely good podcast.
Also, if th... more
I listened to the "The Last of Us" podcast and parts of a bunch of others. I didn't think they were that interesting, mostly they were just annoying.
Make sure you bring a spare pair because this show will knock your socks off!
They pick a game and talk about it, with humor and honest critiques. They get off topic, back on topic, tangents, and whatever. It’s not 2 hours of rambling and it’s a whole lot of fun.
I love these guys! They are hands down one the funniest duos in gaming podcasts. I want more, when are you guys coming back?
I have listened to alot of the these episodes over the past week or so, and I'm enjoying them so far, two very opposite opinions are voiced about the game in question which is always good. Keep up the good work.
Alright show. I think it will get better the more shows they do.
