坦白說，最近重讀經典的《與成功有約》，看到「影響圈」這一章時，心情反而有點複雜。書上教我們要積極主動、擴大影響力，但在現在這個職場環境，照單全收真的好嗎？
整理了一些我的逆風心得，跟不想當濫好人的你分享：
⚠️ 小心「能者多勞」的陷阱
書裡的勵志案例是：主動多做一點、幫老闆解決問題，最後升職加薪。
但現實往往是殘酷的「績效懲罰」——你越會擦屁股，老闆就給你越多屁股擦，而且不加薪。

這本經典老書《與成功有約》，以前翻過覺得就是一堆大道理，這次耐著性子重讀，坦白說… 覺得臉有點腫，好多觀念以前根本沒讀懂啊 😂
分享幾個我覺得超受用的點，尤其是那個「地鐵故事」真的有震撼到我：
想像一下，你在捷運上看到一個小孩大吵大鬧，旁邊的爸爸卻像木頭一樣毫無反應。你也許會跟我一樣，心裡想：「這家長也太沒水準了吧？都不管一下嗎？」🔥
但如果你走過去提醒他，那位爸爸抬起頭跟你說：「抱歉，孩子的媽媽剛在醫院過世了，我們剛離開，我現在腦筋一片空白，我想孩子也不知道該怎麼辦…」

▋ 關於那本大家都聽過的書
最近在重啃史蒂芬．柯維的《與成功有約》。說實話，這本書好像每個人家裡都有一本，但真的看完又落實的人有多少？我先自首，我也還在練習中。 😅
作者點出一個很殘酷的事實：很多道理其實我們都知道，算是常識吧，但「知道」跟「真正做到」完全是兩碼子事。從優秀變偉大，差的可能不是運氣，而是能不能把這些常識變成身體的一部分。
