I love this podcast! It has given me so much insight and confidence within this field! I appreciate the willingness and passion Andres has towards his students/ people in general. I now have the motivation and inspiration to continue pursuing my personal/ private chef business that I have struggled to find hope in. Finally, I appreciate the fact that he speaks about his faith in the Lord throughout the podcasts; it speaks volumes about his character and how much God means to him! Thank you!
A very informative and enjoyable podcast! (Which I just discovered!) In the most recent episode, the quote “What’s worse than having a JOB (just over broke) job is owning a JOB (just over broke) job” really stuck out to me. Looking forward to more episodes!

This is the FIRST podcast I have ever commented on. Absolutely relatable, and as a recent culinary school graduate I have been looking for the outlet I need to express my passion for serving others. Thank you Chef!
