Louder isn’t better, it’s actually annoying. At least Bull and Dustin knew when to reign in the other. Tough listen most of the time.

Nick Wilson isn’t for me. Dusty is good when he does show up (1/2024 appears to be going through a personal crisis so he gets a pass)

Kudos to the producer for getting good national guests. Not sure why the guests put up with Nick.

Talking Points

Albert Breer: Todd Monken’s history makes Taylen Green interesting; he’s probably the most gifted guy in their QB room
Q: Do you think the Browns' upgrade on talent will translate to wins regardless of quarterback performance this season?
Breer emphasizes that development of young talent and asset accumulation is the safer long-term path, implying the quarterback position could improve as young players gain experience, but the season may hinge on development milestones rather than instant quarterback dominance.
Albert Breer: Todd Monken’s history makes Taylen Green interesting; he’s probably the most gifted guy in their QB room
Q: Albert, what do you see as the biggest takeaway from Monken's coaching background for the Browns' current quarterback room?
Breer explains that Monken's history with multiple QB archetypes suggests he can craft an offense that maximizes different players' strengths, making Taylen Green's athleticism particularly intriguing in a preseason context.
Daryl Ruiter: Browns have some things in their favor with the schedule; I think they’ll get one primetime game
Q: What are the biggest variables for the Browns' schedule this season?
The quarterback situation (Shadour Sanders vs. Deshaun Watson) and the NFL's scheduling decisions are the biggest unknowns, with travel and home/away balance also playing a role.
Daryl Ruiter: Browns have some things in their favor with the schedule; I think they’ll get one primetime game
Q: Have they earned a prime time game this year, given their performance last year?
Daryl suggests they have a decent chance to land one primetime slot, acknowledging quarterback-related uncertainty but betting on the league giving them at least one prime time showcase.
Who will win this series: Cavaliers or Pistons?
Q: 216-474-0092. Who will win this series?
The hosts and Isaac converge on a cautious belief that the Cavs have the edge but must prove themselves on the road, with several caveats about consistency and early-game focus.
