Louder isn’t better, it’s actually annoying. At least Bull and Dustin knew when to reign in the other. Tough listen most of the time.

Nick Wilson isn’t for me. Dusty is good when he does show up (1/2024 appears to be going through a personal crisis so he gets a pass)

Kudos to the producer for getting good national guests. Not sure why the guests put up with Nick.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

John Fanta: I want the Browns to win football games in 2026; I’m okay with tanking because it’s the reality of the situation
Q: John, it sounds like you're comfortable with the boom-or-bust approach for 2026. Are you actually comfortable with tanking if that's what it takes?
I'm not rooting for it, but yes, I could accept it as a reality if it leads to a stronger long-term quarterback situation and potential championship window once the core pieces, including the offensive line and receivers, are in place.
Joe Vardon: I wouldn’t say the Cavs are in trouble; I am concerned about Jarrett Allen’s knee injury
Q: What's the right amount of concern about Jarrett Allen's knee as the Cavs push toward the end of the season?
The concern is warranted but measured; it's a rest-and-manage situation given the injury history, and the team should avoid risking further damage by rushing him back into March games, while still trying to maintain peak performance for the playoffs.
Albert Breer: It feels like the Browns are treading water; probably bridging to 2027 when it comes to QB
Q: do you think the Browns have gotten better or worse this off season?
Breer suggests it's a year-one situation where the team may be treading water, not demonstrably worse but not clearly better, and he views the QB situation as a long-term bridge to 2027.
Lindsay Rhodes: Browns first-round picks are very interesting; it feels like Monroe Freeling is a bit of a reach at No. 6
Q: If Jalen Hurts was available, would you trade the sixth pick in the draft for him?
Lindsay indicated a willingness to consider such a move, implying that it would require a compelling rationale and likely additional compensating assets beyond the sixth pick.
Hour 4: Paul Fritschner + Are you locked into the NCAA Tournament?
Q: Across the landscape, which programs look most vulnerable among the one-seeds and what about Duke's path?
Among the one-seeds, Florida has vulnerabilities due to a potential Sweet 16 meeting with Vanderbilt, while Duke is thought to have a relatively smoother path given their talent and depth, though no team is completely free from risk in this bracket.
