    I love this podcast. I am hospice volunteer and it has helped me help my clients a ton as it has been useful for the Mindfulness for Grieving Loss groups I help to co-facilitate. It also helped me personally as a multiple loss survivor and someone who suffers from depression it has helped me build more psychological strength. It’s wonderfully done.
