My favourite episodes were with David Archer (I took a lot of gems from this episode) and also the one with Lee Warren which I found fascinating. I think Lee Warren could come back on and go into further detail around the various concepts he discussed! Rachel and John are brilliant hosts - both very inquisitive and really take care in how they ask questions to tease out nuggets of information for their listeners! Thank you 🙏❤️
I have found these really useful and have made me start to think differently. I have really enjoyed the interviews and this is helping me on my leadership journey. Looking forward to I the next one.
Took me a couple of eps to get into it but as I’ve followed them the stories and fictional characters are really helping me understand the leadership theory in my workplace context. Some good guests too and I enjoy John and Rachael’s stories.
Often management podcasts are often too abstract, I found these provided useful contextualised content in bite sized chunks. Looking forward to the next instalment(s)
